Timber Ridge Apartments permits up to two pets per apartment home. Dogs and cats are welcome as common household pets.Exotic animals, reptiles, rodents, birds of prey, and similar species are not permitted within the community.

Pet Fees & Monthly Charges

$350 non-refundable pet fee per pet
$25 monthly pet rent per pet

To help maintain a comfortable environment for all residents, pet owners are expected to:

Properly dispose of pet waste
Keep pets leashed in common areas
Prevent excessive noise or disturbance
Maintain current vaccinations
Follow all established community pet guidelines
